The Somic Intranet
We’re excited to announce the official launch of the Somic Intranet — your new internal hub for everything from company news and HR resources to shoutouts, training tools, and more.
This portal is designed to keep us all connected, informed, and moving forward together. Whether you’re looking for policy documents, want to recognize a coworker, or just need a quick update, the intranet puts the tools and info you need right at your fingertips.
Keep reading to see when you’ll get access, what support is available, and how you can win prizes just for logging in and participating!
Launch Time & Access
The intranet will launch in two phases, following in-person meetings at each location
Maine Employees
Access begins July 11, 2025
Virginia Employees
Access begins July 31, 2025
What Happens After the Meeting?
You’ll receive an email invitation to log in (sent to your persona email – the same one you use for Paycom)
You’ll be prompted to change your password and explore the portal.
If you don’t see your email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.

The Jumpstart Challenge
Change your password by August 15th and you’ll be entered into a prize drawing.
- Winners announced August 25th
- 10 winners from Brewer, 20 winners from Wytheville, and 1 winner from Detroit
- Prize: $25 gift card or cash per winner
The Weekly Pit Stop
Each week from August 4 to August 29, we’ll hide a small blue car somewhere on the intranet.
- Find it and record the location on your game card (handed out at launch — extras in the break room).
- Submit your completed card with all four weeks recorded.
- We’ll cross-check submissions with login records.
- 5 winners from Brewer, 10 winners from Wytheville
- Prize: $25 per winner
Employee Spotlight (Ongoing Recognition)
See someone going above and beyond? Give them a shoutout on the intranet!
