Third Shift Material Handler
Responsible for safe, damage free and accurate handling of materials within the plant by performing the following duties. Supplies and moves materials within the plant by performing the following duties.
Plating Operator – Third Shift
he Plating department is where our parts go through an automated line and get dipped into various chemical & Acid baths to provide them with protection against rust & corrosion. The Plating Operator has a very fast-paced manual process of loading parts onto pegs & racks, and then off-loading the parts once the process is finished.
Operator Machining & Assembly
Sets up and operates numerical control equipment to machine components to specifications by performing the following duties. Satisfy SAs Quality goals and objectives in completion of activities or duties (reference Somic America Quality Manual and Quality Policy).
2nd Shift machine operator – rack ball machining
Feeds or removes material from machines. Sets up and operates numerical control machine to machine or assemble components to specifications by performing the following duties. Satisfy SA’s Quality goals and objectives in completion of activities or duties (reference SA Quality Manual and Quality Policy). Performs assigned role in the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with W010902.
2nd Shift machine operator ( Stabilizer Assembly )
Sets up and operates numerical control equipment to machine components to specifications by performing the following duties. Satisfy SAs Quality goals and objectives in completion of activities or duties (reference Somic America Quality Manual and Quality Policy).
3rd Shift Machine Operator ( Tie Rod Machining )
Feeds or removes material from machines. Sets up and operates numerical control machine to machine or assemble components to specifications by performing the following duties. Satisfy SA’s Quality goals and objectives in completion of activities or duties (reference SA Quality Manual and Quality Policy). Performs assigned role in the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with W010902.
Maintenance Team Leader ( Third Shift )
Installs, repairs and maintains mechanical and electrical equipment such as motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment. Installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment by performing the following duties. Satisfy SA’s Quality goals and objectives in completion of activities or duties (reference SA Quality Manual and Quality Policy). Performs assigned role in the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with W010902.
