3rd Shift Maintenance Technician
Optimizes equipment performance in the assigned area by performing repairs, modifications, installations, and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, including motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines. This role supports Somic America, Inc.’s (SAI) quality goals and plant-wide objectives, as outlined in the SAI Quality Manual and Quality Policy.
Preventative Maintenance Technician
Responsible for ensuring that preventive maintenance (PM) requirements are met for production machines and equipment, while aligning with Somic America’s quality goals and objectives as outlined in the SA Quality Manual and Quality Policy. Also, executes assigned responsibilities within the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with 32-01-01.
2nd Shift Tire Rod Assembly
Sets up and operates both automatic and manual assembly lines, and assembles parts to specifications by performing the following duties. Satisfy SAs Quality goals and objectives in the completion of activities or duties (reference Somic America Quality Manual and Quality Policy).
3rd Shift Machine Operator
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process. This role requires a strong understanding of assembly line operations, CNC machinery, and precision measurement tools. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
